Chate Prep Plus | Effective date: 6 September 2026
Chate Prep Plus (CPP) is a brand operated by Sampurna Growth Academy Private Limited, CIN U85500MH2026PTC470315.
For these policies, Products and Services means all present and future educational products, content, materials, access rights and services offered under the CPP brand, in any format or through any delivery method.
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, access and use of Products and Services through chateprepplus.com and CPP's authorised channels. By placing an order, making a payment, creating an account, participating in or using a Product or Service, the adult purchaser accepts these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
1. Eligibility and responsibility
1. The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract.
2. Where the intended user is under 18, the purchaser must be that user's parent or lawful guardian and must authorise the purchase, participation and related data processing.
3. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information, choosing the appropriate Product or Service and supervising use by a minor.
2. Information provided before purchase
The relevant product page, order summary, official schedule and written order communication form part of the purchase. Before payment, the purchaser must review:
• the nature, scope, specifications and eligibility requirements;
• the price, delivery or other charges and any legally applicable tax;
• the method and expected timeline for delivery, access, participation or completion;
• any duration, validity period, location, schedule or availability conditions;
• any device, connectivity, documentation or participation requirements; and
• the applicable cancellation, refund, replacement and support terms.
A specific condition clearly disclosed before payment will apply to the relevant order where it differs from these general Terms, but it will not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Orders and acceptance
1. An order is accepted only after successful payment, verification and issue of an official CPP confirmation or receipt.
2. Items or selections placed in a cart are not reserved until the order is accepted.
3. CPP may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment because of a genuine pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, duplicate order, unavailability, an unserviceable location or inability to provide the purchase as described.
4. If CPP cancels an accepted paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded without a cancellation fee.
5. The purchaser must promptly check the confirmation and report an error. A correction is not guaranteed after fulfilment, access or performance has started.
4. Prices, taxes and charges
1. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. The complete payable amount, including any additional charge collected by CPP, will be displayed before payment.
3. SGA does not presently charge GST. If a tax becomes legally applicable, it will be displayed before payment or order confirmation.
4. A regular price, crossed-out price, offer period or availability statement must be genuine and verifiable.
5. Coupons, promotional benefits and non-cash credits have no separate cash value.
5. Payments and Education Partners
1. Payments may be processed through the authorised payment options displayed during checkout or stated in official written instructions.
2. An authorised CPP Education Partner may explain a Product or Service and assist with enrolment or order placement.
3. A partner-assisted payment is valid only when paid directly into SGA's official account or through an official SGA payment link and supported by an official receipt or order confirmation.
4. An Education Partner cannot alter the published price, scope, schedule or policy, or promise an outcome, refund or benefit unless SGA confirms it in writing.
5. Do not pay into a personal bank account or personal UPI ID. Report any such request to CPP immediately.
6. Delivery, access and fulfilment
1. The applicable delivery, access, participation or completion method and timeline will be stated before purchase or in the official order confirmation.
2. Where an order contains a physical item, the Shipping and Delivery Policy applies.
3. Where access is provided electronically, it is a limited right to use the relevant material or service during the disclosed period and does not transfer ownership.
4. Where participation is scheduled, the purchaser is responsible for attending or participating at the disclosed time, place or through the disclosed method.
5. Different components of one order may be fulfilled separately.
6. Non-use, late use or missed participation does not extend a disclosed validity period or create a change-of-mind refund right.
7. A material delay, access failure or non-fulfilment should be reported promptly so that CPP can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
7. Accounts, participation and user responsibilities
• provide complete and accurate registration, order and contact information;
• keep credentials, one-time passwords and access links confidential;
• use an account or enrolment only for the authorised user;
• follow applicable instructions, schedules, conduct rules and submission requirements;
• maintain any disclosed equipment, connectivity or other participation capability;
• retain copies of important information submitted to CPP;
• do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading or unrelated material; and
• do not interfere with CPP's website, systems, security or another user's rights.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
CPP's branding, website, educational content, materials, documents, designs, software and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to SGA. A purchaser receives only the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right expressly included in the purchase.
Content must not be copied, recorded, reproduced, published, resold, sublicensed, shared, distributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited except where CPP has given written permission or applicable law permits it. Purchase or possession of a physical item does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its content.
9. User submissions
A user retains rights in original material submitted to CPP. The purchaser grants CPP and its authorised personnel a limited permission to receive, store, copy, review, annotate and otherwise process that material only as reasonably necessary to provide support, operate the purchased service, maintain records and comply with law.
CPP will not publicly use a user's name, photograph, submission, feedback, result, testimonial or success story without separate, specific written consent. For a minor, consent must come from the parent or lawful guardian.
10. Prohibited conduct
• impersonating another person or providing false information;
• sharing access or content outside the rights purchased;
• attempting unauthorised access, scraping, disruption or security circumvention;
• using CPP content or systems for an unlawful or competing commercial purpose;
• harassing personnel, participants, partners or other users; or
• infringing intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
11. Availability and reasonable service changes
CPP may make reasonable operational changes to personnel, locations, delivery arrangements, technology, features or schedules without materially reducing the core purchase. A material change affecting an accepted order will be communicated to the purchaser and handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Educational disclaimer
1. CPP provides educational products and services and does not guarantee any particular academic, admission, certification, employment or other outcome.
2. Results depend on the user's preparation, participation, circumstances and factors outside CPP's control.
3. A testimonial or past result describes an individual experience and is not a promise of future performance.
4. Unless expressly stated in writing, CPP does not act as a statutory educational authority or award a government-recognised qualification.
13. Authorised service providers
CPP may engage authorised technology, payment, communication, support, fulfilment, professional and other service providers where reasonably necessary. Their involvement does not remove SGA's responsibilities to the extent required by law.
14. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
The Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy applies to all orders. CPP follows a strict no-change-of-mind rule after successful purchase. This does not remove a remedy required for duplicate payment, CPP cancellation, non-fulfilment, a materially wrong or defective item, a materially deficient or misdescribed service, qualifying delay or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Suspension or termination of access
CPP may reasonably restrict or suspend access to investigate fraud, non-payment, account sharing, unlawful distribution, security abuse or a material breach. Except in an urgent fraud, security or legal situation, CPP will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to explain or correct the issue where practicable.
16. Events beyond reasonable control
CPP is not responsible for delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction, public emergency, transport disruption, infrastructure failure, cyberattack, labour disruption or an external schedule change. CPP will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, while mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPP is responsible only for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of its breach and is not responsible for an independent decision, outcome or event that CPP does not control.
