7.              Payments and Education Partner orders

Payment credentials are entered into the authorised payment interface. CPP normally receives transaction status, payer or order identifiers and limited metadata rather than complete payment credentials. A partner-assisted payment must go directly into SGA's official account or through an official SGA payment link. CPP may retain the transaction reference and partner identifier for verification and fraud prevention.

8.              Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies support account, cart, checkout, preferences, security and service operation. Where CPP uses non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, visitors will receive the choice required by applicable law. Browser and website controls may be used to manage cookies, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent some functions from working.

9.              Communications

CPP may send necessary messages concerning enquiries, orders, payments, fulfilment, availability, schedules, security, policy updates and support. Marketing messages will be sent only with the required permission or another lawful basis and may be stopped through the available opt-out method or by emailing CPP.

10.        Retention

User submissions, participation, progress and service records: During the relevant service period and normally up to 12 months afterwards, unless earlier deletion is appropriate or longer retention is needed for an open grievance or law.

Account, enquiry and support records: While active and normally up to 12 months after the relationship or support matter ends.

Order, payment, consent, fulfilment and refund records: For the minimum legally required period and longer where reasonably needed for accounting, audit, fraud prevention or consumer disputes.

Security and technical logs: Normally at least one year where applicable law requires it, then deleted or anonymised unless needed for an incident or legal duty.

Marketing contact data: Until permission is withdrawn, the person opts out or the data is no longer needed.

When retention is no longer necessary, CPP will delete, de-identify or securely isolate the data, including by instructing relevant providers where required. Backups may be deleted on a controlled cycle.

11.        Security

CPP uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data, including access controls, role-based permissions, secure transmission, password protection, logging, backups, provider due diligence, confidentiality obligations and incident response.

No system is completely risk-free. Users should use strong unique passwords, protect one-time passwords and credentials, avoid public sharing of access links or submitted information and report suspected unauthorised access immediately. If a personal-data breach occurs, CPP will take reasonable containment and remediation steps and provide notifications where applicable law requires.

12.        Privacy rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, a person may request to:

      obtain information about personal data being processed;

      correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;

      erase data that is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention;

      withdraw consent and stop optional processing;

      opt out of marketing;

      raise a grievance about processing; and

Send a request to chateprepplus@gmail.com with the subject 'Privacy Request'. Include enough information to verify identity and locate the relevant records, but do not send passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs or unnecessary identity documents.

13.        External links

CPP's website or communications may link to an external service. That service's independent privacy practices are governed by its own notice. CPP is not responsible for unrelated processing controlled by an external party.

14.        Policy changes
