CANCELLATION, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Chate Prep Plus | Effective date: 6 September 2026

Chate Prep Plus (CPP) is a brand operated by Sampurna Growth Academy Private Limited, CIN U85500MH2026PTC470315.

For these policies, Products and Services means all present and future educational products, content, materials, access rights and services offered under the CPP brand, in any format or through any delivery method.

This policy applies to all Products and Services purchased through CPP or its authorised channels.

MAIN RULE: CPP follows a strict no-change-of-mind cancellation or refund policy after successful purchase, subject to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When a refund is not available

A refund, cancellation, return or exchange will not be provided merely because:

  • the purchaser or intended user changes their mind or personal circumstances;
  • an incorrect Product or Service was selected despite accurate information being displayed;
  • the purchase is unused, partly used or no longer required;
  • the user misses a disclosed schedule, deadline, appointment or participation requirement;
  • the user does not meet a disclosed eligibility, location, device, connectivity or documentation requirement;
  • the user does not follow reasonable instructions or is unable to participate for a reason outside CPP's control;
  • the user is dissatisfied with an outcome where CPP supplied the purchase substantially as described; or
  • a lower price, coupon, offer or alternative becomes available later.

A correction, transfer or product change requested before fulfilment begins may be considered at CPP's discretion, subject to availability, verification and any price difference. This is not a promised cancellation right.

Exceptions required by law

The no-change-of-mind rule does not remove a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. CPP will investigate and provide the legally required remedy, which may include correction, replacement, re-performance, withdrawal of the affected service or refund, where:

  • the same payment was captured more than once or an excess amount was collected;
  • payment was captured but CPP cannot verify or provide a valid order;
  • CPP cancels an accepted paid order;
  • the purchase is not supplied or made available within the applicable promised period;
  • a physical item is materially wrong, damaged, incomplete, defective or materially different from its description;
  • a service or non-physical item is materially deficient, unavailable or materially different from what was advertised or agreed;
  • a qualifying delay defeats an essential disclosed purpose, except where applicable law recognises a valid event beyond reasonable control; or
  • another refund or remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

Where only a separable part of a bundled order is affected, CPP may remedy or refund that part on a fair proportionate basis unless the issue makes the entire bundle unusable or applicable law requires a different remedy.

  • Application according to fulfilment method
  • For a physical item, shipping, inspection, damage, replacement and return provisions apply only to that physical component.
  • For an electronically supplied item or access right, fulfilment normally begins when access, delivery or availability is provided as disclosed.
  • For a scheduled or location-based service, fulfilment follows the schedule, location and participation conditions disclosed before purchase.
  • For a bundled order, each component may have a different fulfilment point and may be assessed separately.
  • Damaged, wrong or incomplete physical item

Contact CPP at chateprepplus@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours after delivery. Include:

  • the purchaser's name and registered contact details;
  • the order identifier and affected item;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • clear photographs and, where reasonably available, an unedited opening video showing the outer packaging, shipping label and contents; and
  • the requested remedy.

Do not discard the packaging or affected item until CPP responds. If an accepted issue was caused by CPP or delivery handling, the purchaser will not pay the reasonable standard delivery cost of the required replacement or return. The preferred 48-hour notice assists verification and does not extinguish a statutory right that cannot be waived.

Access, availability or service issue

Report a material access, availability or service issue promptly and identify the purchase, relevant date and error. CPP should be given a reasonable opportunity to restore access, correct the issue, re-perform the affected service, provide an equivalent solution or extend an affected deadline where that reasonably cures the problem. If CPP cannot provide the core purchase or reasonably cure a material deficiency, CPP will provide the refund or other remedy required by law.

Delay, loss or failed fulfilment

Contact CPP when the disclosed fulfilment period has passed, tracking shows no movement, an expected item appears lost or the purchase remains unavailable. If CPP confirms loss or non-fulfilment, it will arrange replacement, redelivery, re-performance or another remedy required by law.

Where fulfilment failed because the purchaser supplied incorrect information, was unreachable, refused delivery, failed to attend or did not meet a disclosed requirement, a refund is not ordinarily available. CPP may require the actual reasonable cost of a second fulfilment attempt where applicable.

How to make a claim

Email chateprepplus@gmail.com with the subject 'Refund/Replacement Request - Order ID' and provide:

  • the purchaser's name and registered email or phone;
  • the order identifier and payment reference;
  • the affected Product or Service;
  • a concise description and date of the issue;
  • relevant photographs, screenshots, records or other evidence; and
  • the requested resolution.

CPP may request reasonable additional information needed to verify the claim. Never send a one-time password, UPI PIN, card security code or banking password.

Approved refunds

  • An approved refund will be initiated within seven working days after approval.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method unless the payer specifically requests a legally permitted alternative belonging to the same payer.
  • A bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the credit after initiation.
  • The refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the affected portion, plus any standard delivery charge that must be refunded because the issue was CPP's responsibility.
  • Coupons, promotional credits and partner commissions do not create a separate cash entitlement.
  • CPP will never request a one-time password, UPI PIN or card security code to process a refund.
  • Education Partner-assisted orders

The same policy applies to a partner-assisted order. Payment must have been made directly to SGA's official account or official payment link and supported by an official SGA receipt or order confirmation. An Education Partner cannot promise or deny a refund outside this policy. Claims must be submitted directly to CPP.
