Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of chateprepplus.com and the purchase and use of products and services provided by Chate Prep Plus (“CPP”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

CPP provides educational products and services, including physical test papers, digital learning material, scheduled assessments, answer-sheet submission, teacher evaluation, model answers, video solutions, marks, feedback and progress information. The exact inclusions are shown on the relevant product page.

2. Eligibility and student accounts

Where a student is under 18, the purchase and use of our services must be authorised and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Customers must provide accurate contact, student, board, standard, delivery and payment information.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed after successful payment and acceptance by CPP. We may contact you to verify information, correct an obvious pricing or listing error, or resolve an availability issue. Duplicate payments will be investigated and reversed or refunded after verification.

4. Physical and digital delivery

Physical materials are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Digital access and portal credentials must not be shared. Customers should report non-delivery, damage, missing material or access issues promptly using the contact details below.

5. Test-series participation

Students must follow the published schedule, submission format and deadlines. Evaluation and feedback depend on readable, complete and timely submissions. Delays caused by incomplete uploads, incorrect student details or failure to follow instructions may affect service timelines.

6. Educational outcomes

CPP supports preparation and improvement but does not guarantee marks, ranks, admission, examination results or any particular academic outcome. Results depend on attendance, effort, preparation, submission quality and other factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property

CPP’s original test papers, model answers, videos, notes, graphics, branding, portal content and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to CPP. Purchases grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material for educational purposes. Copying, reselling, publicly uploading, commercially exploiting or sharing paid content without permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or portal, interfere with security, access another user’s account, submit unlawful material, distribute malware, scrape proprietary content or use our services fraudulently. CPP may reasonably restrict access where misuse, fraud or a material breach is detected.

9. Privacy and student submissions

Personal information and student answer sheets are processed to deliver services, arrange evaluation, provide feedback, operate the portal, offer support and meet legal obligations. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms shown before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Service availability and changes

We take reasonable steps to keep the website, portal and services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical incidents, network failures or third-party disruptions may cause temporary interruptions. If a material issue affects a purchased service, we will take reasonable steps to resolve it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPP is not responsible for loss caused solely by a customer’s misuse, inaccurate information, failure to follow instructions, personal equipment or internet problems, independent third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, operations or applicable law. The revised version and its effective date will be published on this page.
